A good Meal for Sahur: A Great Day that you Can Enjoy

dont want to wake up
                                                              RAMADHAN KARIM

Hello there.. Assalamualaikum.. have to wait for my turn so i can use my buddy's notebook.. mine, left  it at home but gonna bring it here after the 'eid. so,it is already 2.00 a.m, there are 5 hours before all Muslims in Malaysia,Thailand,Indonesia and etc. will wake up from their beautiful and good and cold sodding blanket, perform the wudhu and the tatauWu' salat or in Malay solat sunat. after that, all of them will be having a meal called sahur  which is Muslims keep to forget the importance of sahur. Sahur  is an important meal for Muslims shortly before start fasting and it is crucial for those who want to perform the fasting especially a prolonged fasting such as in Ramadhan. Fasting is holding ourselves from drinking and eating and also stuff that will make our fast batal or in Malay tidak sah or in English invalidate..

Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) quoted the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) as saying, "(Make sure to) have your sahur meal, for sahur is blessed." (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
`Amr ibn Al-`Aas quoted the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) as saying, "The difference between our fasting and that of the People of the Book is the sahur meal." (Muslim)
yummy example of sahur(dag! im hungry)

as for sahur, a good meals are such as wheat, barley or lentils. why? because all of this kind of food are digested slowly and our body needs at least 8 hours before it can fully absorbed it. it is better to avoid taking a refined sugars kind of food and white flour because they will make you feel hungry sooner. i am sure that no one want to feel a hunger at the morning, it will make our day as sucks as it can be.!! however, you may consider a Gatorade to keep your salts up. during the fasting, it is better for us to disrupt some part of our physical activities. however, there are some Muslims  who prefer not to have a sahur meal as they prefer to sleep more than seeking the Lord's blessings and gifts. what a stu-PID thought!!! why? easy.. you still have to wake up to perform the subuh prayer so why doncha just get up from the bed for a couple of minutes earlier and have a sahur? but if the muslim did not pray, he or she got a special privilege which you are out of the topic's scope(as my Lecturer, Professor Krimbawe said, out of scope of the topic). so, for all muslims out there,it is better for us to wake up and take the meal for sahur as it has done by the beloved Prophet Muhammad~peace be upon him~ for all his entire life as the God's Last Messenger, as Allah's Prophet as he came only to bring Blesses. last but not least, dont forget the dates.. it is sunnah!! well, cant figure it out what kind of sahur without dates.. ouch, just remember one of my buddies,a fully beginner in english langguage and famous with nickname as Pak Lang, asked me what is the meaning of important dates, so i asked him.. whadaya think? he answered with 'kurma penting'.. i laugh till now. hahahaha.. ok guys, dates! the kurma and not the day.!!!!hahaha..

just 3 or 2 0r more is enough.

Not this Much. with this, you cant stand up to pray
